I can't review this bike for people who haven't tried it yet. If you the thrills of everything good in life mixed with the safety of your own home then this is the bike for you. Stable, able to haul you or cargo (or 2 lighter adults). I use this bike as my car so i sometimes have a load and even with high winds and uphill on a rough road you'll be moving forward (and that's before you start pedaling). I own other ebikes but this is the high class one i would have expected to pay a fortune for. Unexpectedly for the price this is a steak with the sizzle. If the bike doesn't win you over call customer support and let them love you like you thought only a mother could. I could do a commercial like the squach soap guy but this bike is for women, men, children, and seniors alike. Find me a more fun and safer tool and I'll hope its this Eunorau! (And full the bullshitters excuse my french. I weigh 312 lbs and still move smoothly) if they say this bike cant pull they wont say anything that does better...EVER!!! THATS HOW YOU KNOW A TROLL

In the month I have had this bike it has been better than I could have imagined. I am 65+ and have had problems with hills in the past, that is no longer a problem with my Eunorau. I usually stay on peddle assist one or two and can get 60 miles or more on a charge, it's great.

Ride almost every day. Overall great. Get 0-50 miles/charge (impressive here in Seattle. Two things on wish list: It would be great to have some sort of shock absorber on the front end to ease some of the jolts. It would be nice to add a clock/elapsed time to the display. Minor points both. Overall a great town vehicle.

My wife refers to the Eunorau as the "magic bike," which at first was a term of skepticism and semi-disdain ("you sold your old car and spent that money on what? And you think you're going to do what with it?"). Well, with a collapsible crate bolted to the back, I carry home a stack of pizzas and a case of beer. Or, as I did yesterday, pick up all the staples from the our small town's deli, bakery, and grocer. Once the caboose is back in stock I'll be zipping the kiddos to school in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings. The car stays in the driveway. The stance of my other half has quickly evolved into one of (dare I say) cautious admiration. She'll be a full convert in no time.

It's a joy to ride. I bought it with a twofold purpose. I commute to work with it and it's our local transportation when we travel in our RV. I customized a passanger seat with suspension for my wife and it is a smooth ride. It's fun to customize with baskets and saddle bags. Saving gas from my commute and hauling a tow vehicle make this one of our smartest purchases in years.

We haven't yet gotten to ride our bike...it required way more tools than we had. We're not a particularly "handy" family, no tool chest in the garage, just a few bins with the basics. But we had to order about $70 worth of tools from Amazon to put our bike together. This wouldn't bother me too much, except for the fact that I talked to someone before we purchased our bike and the staff member did not mention anything about particular tools needed, only that it would be pretty "easy" to put together. For those who are not tool heavy, you may want to have your bike shipped to your local bike shop to have it put together for you, or expect to bulk up your tool collection.
