Easy to ride. Easy to customize. Load it up with kids and gear. The dual kick stand is strong to hold them all up while loading. Only when it is stopped do you have to use a little extra muscle to avoid tipping or just put two feet down when stopped. Super stable and surprising nimble when in motion with the big tires. This plus a scooter gets our family of four around our hilly mountain town. Our cars miss us.

Great bike! My son loves riding in the kid seat to get to day care 🙂 Great for hills and very affordable in comparison to others on the market.

love the bike, the bell doesn't work though.

I love my 2 Eunoraus. What I hate are ALL THE THEIFS THAT WANT TO STEAL MY eBIKEs! Everywhere I go there are people trying to STEAL MY eBike! I can't leave my ebike unguarded for more than 20 minutes, it will get stolen!

Big picture first at $1,600 for a complete cargo e-bike with fenders and lights, the Eunorau is a screaming deal. To do better, you'll have to spend well over twice as much. I am happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again. It is thoughtfully specced and all the shifting and stopping parts work well. The electric part of the drivetrain is strong, and the amount of work you do depends on which of the 5 assist settings you choose. The throttle is nice to have when you have to get going up a hill from a stop. The decision to eschew a suspension fork for big tires was the right call I think it makes for a better ride and means one less thing to maintain. Assembly was straightforward and took me about an hour and a half. I recommend the videos on the website. I had three purposes in mind when I bought the Eunorau. I wanted something that could haul stuff and replace car trips around town. I wanted something my wife or I could ride into work in the southern summer without showing up soggy. Finally, I was hoping my wife would agree to more two-wheeled outings to our parks and greenways with our toddler. The first purpose it handles with aplomb a trip to the supermarket has never been so much fun. The second I haven't tested because it's winter, but I am confident given the robustness of the e-assist. As for the last one, now it's my wife proposing we take the little guy for a ride, and me who's getting a workout keeping up with her. I bought three Eunorau Power accessories which I would recommend depending on your needs. The first was the Thule Yepp child seat. It pops on and off in seconds, holds the little guy securely, and best of all, he likes it. The second was a set of the Ballard cargo bags. These are essential for hauling stuff, although they have an annoying design flaw I'll get to later. The last was the front all-in-one basket, which provides a convenient place to throw stuff when you are out and about. The one third-party accessory I added was a Banjo Brothers Rack Top Bag. This attaches securely to the wooden rack topper behind the Thule and provides a convenient place to stash a few items like rain gear, changing supplies and snacks for the toddler, a lock, and a multi-tool. I have a few suggestions for improvements. The Ballard bags attach easily to the top rail of the rack, but the lower attachment that keeps the bags from flopping doesn't fit the thick tubing of the vertical braces. I may end up trying to fix this with some spacers or look at some way to substitute straps. The headlight is great for being seen (it's bright!) but less good for seeing, because the focused beam pattern puts all the light on a small spot on the road ahead of you. Lastly, if you put a front basket or rack on the bike, you have to move the headlight to the rack. The rack doesn't turn with fork, and so the light doesn't turn with the front wheel, meaning it isn't illuminating the road ahead when you are turning. A light mount on the fork leg would solve this problem. These complaints are minor, however. It's a great bike for the money and I am looking forward to many years of both fun and useful riding.

Extremely impressed! The build quality, components and design are excellent, combined with the fact that it's extremely affordable make it a highly recommended E-Cargo Bike. I belong to a large bike club outside of Chicago and have raved about it with my club members.

Very happy with my bike. It was really easy to put together. It is a really well built bike.

Love the design and speed of this bike! I would recommend creating a video explaining how to use the gears. Riding uphill is bad. Very bad. I'm not sure if this is because I am not using the gears (never used them before) but I've noticed an almost immediate slow down when riding up hills so much so that I sometimes need to get off my bike and walk it up hill. It's a heavy bike so I understand if it's not viable for uphill movement. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase though! Please re-stock the add ons for this bike.

We have put 300 miles on it already in under 3 months. Our 1 year old and 3 year old love it and we use it for all our little outings on the weekend.

Money well spent! I've reduced driving my car this summer and had a blast transporting my daughter around town. The bike rides smoothly and the battery lasts long especially if you still peddle a good amount. Super thankful the Eunorau exists at this price point - long tail electric cargo bikes from Yuba are twice the price a which isn't feasible for me.

Use it almost everyday for taking my son to school and commuting to work.

Absolutely worth it! It's so great to jump on a bike and just have fun riding like I did as a kid without worrying that I can't make it up a hill or ride for several hours. It gives me freedom.

It's only been 10 weeks and 650km of ownership, but I can confidently say that the bike is good - but not great. The issues I've had so far have been the following:
1. I was told that the kick-stand is not to be used when loading kids and cargo - which makes no sense to me. how do you load two kids and cargo while balancing it your leg? the kickstand has started to bend the frame a bit - luckily the bikeshop provided me a 'clamp-on' system which will help stabilize, but not great.
2. The front basket, I was told, can handle up to 20kg...but it can't. I've resorted to holding it up with bungees when I have my work-bag so it doesn't start to creep downwards...I've had to forcibly bend it back to "level" a few times.
3. I'm 99% on level-1 (eco-mode) and with that, I get a maximum of 40km, which isn't quite the quote 30 miles. Mind you, I'm always in eco-mode so I can't even reach the stated mileage with the lowest-setting. a bit frustrating.
BUT the bike is affordable, and it gets the job done; meaning my 20km round-trip commute with two kids has made life so much better - the start and the end of my days are fantastic - and I barely break a sweat.

I love it! It's perfectly practical for lugging all the stuff I need for work and there's plenty of room for the kids on the back for school runs. Even in the cold of January I've racked up 300 Trouble free miles. It's super comfortable and has enough power to cruise along the flats at 20mph. Hills are slower, but even with 130 pounds of kids on the back it doesn't feel like hard work - and they wave to the road cyclists as we pass them!

Super fun and just what I was looking for. The kids love it and ask to take the bike to school instead of driving. The front light that comes with the bike is just fine for being seen, though not great for seeing far ahead with oncoming traffic. the bike is heavy but feels solid and rides great!

Yuppers. Love it and riding the dickens out of it. I'm seventy-two and pack granddaughters all over the place.

We got the Eunorau primarily for biking to school, though we find ourselves biking for groceries, out for brunch, and for local errands. Our local bike mechanic expressed being impressed by the quality of Eunorau bikes. We are too! It has even inspired me to start integrating bike commutes to work (on my other bike) due to enjoying our commutes so much. Eunorau has facilitated a huge boost in our quality of life and has offered my 5 and 11 year old, who ride on the back, a taste of human powered transportation, a necessary skill of a post-carbon future.

We love this bike.We can't stop smiling while on it.

I loved my bike. Unfortunately only 7 days after I got it was stolen... I miss it. I suggest that all ebike bike riders invest in theft protection.

Love the bike but a few things about key accessories that are important for using the bike to transport kids who are younger:
The back rails (aka monkey bars)
I have a 4 and 6 year old. I was frustrated to learn the seats in the sales pictures don't actually fit inside of the monkey bars. They must've just been photoshopped on. I wanted to have a seat inside the rails for my youngest child while allowing the older child to sit straddling the bench and holding the rails. The seat converter kit didn't work to attach the chair even without bench board or rails on as cargo rack configuration differs from other makers. Other manufacturers make wider rails that would accommodate seats but they do not appear to be compatible with the Eunorau cargo bikes. The plus side of the the Eunorau rails/monkey bars: they are set closer together than other models and that does make them safer to use. I can use the monkey bars with my 4 year old but I would be nervous if they were wider, like the RadWagon ones, and easier for him to slip through.
My front fender rubs almost constantly rubs on the front tire. It is warped. I have to kick it to make it stop and that only works for so long.
The straps on the bench pads are not long enough to go around the wooden bench. Maybe if you wake the wooden bench off? But why would you do that. I have had to cut off the straps and secure the bench pads with heavy duty Velcro to the wooden seat.

We really enjoy our Eunorau . When it arrived our 13yo son put it together. He now wants to learn how to work on electric bikes for a career.

So very happy with this bike! Constantly recommending it to family and friends. Super stable feeling, despite being pretty heavy. Averaging 6 miles a day so far, most with our 2 year old along for the ride. Also handles great with an added trailer for hauling big stuff.

Wow, this bike is awesome. I'm devising a way to put a small ( ' x ') truck bed on the back.
