The bike is well made, but the rear storage rack is not centered on the rear tire. Because of that the fender cannot be adjusted to keep from rubbing on the tire. I ended up just taking the fender off.

If it were any faster, it would be dangerous! I can pedal a steady 33mph on flats. Great gearing ratio, brakes are fantastic. A 17-20 mile trip eats at least a half battery, on a 3, going fast. Bike hoses off dirt easily. I changed seat to something with soft padding, added water and phone holder, and was set. Took it to Zion national park, and put 60 care free miles on it. Less than a month old, and I've put nearly 300 miles on it. Very fun, safe bike!

I purchased this bike based upon my friend's recommendation. I had never ridden an eBike before. I did not know what to expect. To my great surprise, I loved it as soon as I had my first ride on it. I hardly ever use the throttle. However, I do use R (Race) mode from time to time. What a rush it is!! Installation was simple. The handle had tore off the box during delivery, however, there was no physical damage to the handle.

The bike was in great shape when it arrived, easy to assemble. One problem, derail-er didn't work, bike shop fixed it. Lately the brakes chattered and squeaked noisily. Bike shop cleaned them but didn't help. Not sure if the brakes need upgrading? Like the power and the distance of the bike. Well made.

Received my Meta275 today. Pros: Was delivered fast. Bike performed as advertised. Had no problems with hills and throttle & assist works great for a quick start at a traffic light. Battery drains quickly if you use throttle only, especially on an incline, however with pedal assist it does the job & makes for longer battery life on a single charge. Cons: Break light fell off after hitting a small bump in the rode and was destroyed by the vehicle behind me. So that's done. The rear fender was rubbing against the rear tire and the supporting clamps were bent. The bike was extremely noisy because of this and affected speed. I removed the rear fender altogether. After that it rides great. I'll be purchasing my next bike from MBHQ as well.

I have now had this bike for a few weeks and I love it. I did alot of research prior to my purchase on the available commuter/hybrid style ebikes. The Meta275 was by far the best value I found in the $1200 to $1500 dollar range. For the price you get a large 52 volt battery( most others in the price range are only 48v batteries and some are just 36v), you get hydraulic disc brakes ( most others in this range come with mechanical discs). And you get a nice 750 watt Bafang motor. You also get a torque sensor for pedal assist in addition to the standard cadence sensor. You usually dont see a torque sensor on ebikes until you get up toward the $2000 price range. The bike is very smooth and responsive. The bike is offered in multiple frame options which is nice.

Plastic fenders rubbing both tires. Was able to get rear fender fixed by resetting rear rack to one higher position at local bike shop. Front fender continues to vibrate and chatter almost constantly. Recommend you look at changing the attachment arms to a more stiffer material, or add additional attachment points

I love my Meta275 it's a great bike zippy and lightweight. I've already put 400 miles on it riding around mainly for excercise and meet ups with friends. My only critique with my bike is the battery. Sometimes when you think it's locked in place it goes out on you during rides so it's good to carry around your battery key at all times. Other than that it's an amazing bike!
