Scooter is amazing, on every terrain it is a king. Cons are that the new screen fully resets after every shutdown, even the odometer, that is shame and my delivery time was very slow, waited scooter over 3 weeks due to inventory, had to contact them several times and the process was slow.

Ordered this got it after a little over a week but found out after a day that the unit is not charging... chatted with customer support... issue wasn’t solved so they sent me a shipping label for return and sent me a replacement which took a while but eventually arrived today. I really liked the features of this scooter for its price compared to the other brands of the same specs.. I really have not used it yet so maybe more reviews later...

My expectations were pretty much on point, the scooter is flawless, especially the price and competition out there. I also have a Dualtron Thunder, zero 8x, mantis, , cycle board and wide wheel pro, the mantis and the Jumbo are my favorite, the Jumbo especially being able to just ride off a curb and not worry.

I absolutely love the three Jumbo scooters. If you want fast and smooth, don’t look any further. We have the best time riding these all over!! Only small complaint is the front headlight. Always comes loose on all 3 of our scooters and not easy to tighten. Also get the hydraulic brake system. We have both kinds and we feel the hydraulic type is so much better
