I was debating between 3 manufacturers of bikes and after contacting each of their support emails with questions, decided that Eunorau was going to be the best to deal with. They responded very quickly and were very clear with their answers. I have had a few days to ride it around and it seems to be a very well made and thought out design. I'm very happy with my purchase! The saddle bags that I ordered along with it arrived today. I only have around 14 miles on it so far, so can't speak to the longevity, but everything seems solid and it was mostly ready to go right out of the box. Bike had a bad controller. After contact with customer service, and some photos, a new one was shipped. Hooked it up, and the bike works fine. I haven't been able to ride for the past almost ten years because of complications from hip surgery. So I was a bit Leary getting on and going, but I really wanted to ride again. I used to do trail riding on a mountain bike. Long distances. I know I can't do that anymore, but with this bike I can ride, and hopefully get myself pedaling again in time. My first ride was cautious, just around the block. I went again, and got myself a little lost through the development. It was so awesome and fun just being back on a bike, I didn't want to stop. I definitely love this bike. Second one I purchased. The first I gave as a gift to a good friend. It was a 26 fat beach/mountain bike, which fits him well. With me being a bit shorter, the 20 fat folding is perfect. We will be back on the trails, with a bit of electric help. Grat bike, and buying experience, even with the initial controller issue, I still will give a five-star review. Awesome, fun bike!

Overall, the Fat-hd ebike has been great! It was a little tricky getting used to at first because of how heavy it is and because I have arthritis in my hands. But now, I love riding it! I love the step through feature since I'm short and this helps me have better control when I start and stop. However, there is one complaint I have had and that's the brake light. It has been turning on and off intermittently and sometimes completely turns off even after I power down and power on the bike again. It's nice to go out in the evenings for a ride since we live in Southern California, so this safety feature is really important to me.

I received my new Bike approx a week ago, and wished I had ordered a step thru, didnt realize how high the seat is and it is as low as it will go . also would be nice if you cud raise the handle bar a bit so you wouldnt have to lean forward so much

I brought this as I am senior, ie over 70, so I can keep up with the grandkids who are old enough now to ride fairly long distances on greenways. I have been able to ride with a grandson on a 7 mile trip with lots of up and downs plus a 13 mile solo trip. The Fat-hd Step thru has great power and I only use level one or two at the most on trips. The immediate throttle is wonderful as you don't need to change power level to get a little more boost up a short steep hill. So far its wonderful and sturdy. Heavy but you know that is specs. Good battery life. Assembly was fairly easy but would add a few warnings like when taking the fork bolt off to install hand-bar, it will fall all the way out and you get to figure out how to put those pieces back. Another suggestion is that level 1-3 settings be a little closer in power as 3 is really fast. Probably good for just commuter which is this class of bike. Enjoy the step thru.

This ebike is HUGE! But it has everything like throttle, latest Bafang M620 motor, color screen, 27.5 wheels, hydraulic brakes, headlight and rear brake light. However it would have been nice if it had 10 speeds and a 180 mm front brake rotor for such a big & heavy bike (guess I will do my own upgrade, which is quite easy). Othwise, it's a nice bike. My ideal ebike would have: Bafang 52-volt M620 motor, 20 AH battery, Gates belt drive and a Shimano Alfine 9-sp rear hub drive for minimal maintenance....but nowhere to be found anywhere. This Bixtrix Duo bike is great for commuting, street riding and light wide trails usage....definitely not for single track or gnarly terrain.

I rode the bike for 50 miles, and only used three dots out of five. I only had one problem at first. That was the tail light. I emailed support and they solved the problem. But now there's a little shaking in front end, where the fork meets the gooseneck. If you shake the handlebars side to side, you will notice a wobble. I think it can be tightened but I don't have the tools.
