I will have to revisit this as the bike came with a defective battery and after having to take it to a dealer 60 miles away to confirm bad battery it took another 10 days to get a new battery and it arrived today and its raining. Look forward to riding it as I only have 1 mile on it.

I love my bike! I'm using it to commute to my part time job, 11 miles round trip. I had a few glitches at first, I ordered the wrong accessories for my bike. They were very helpful in getting those returned and crediting my account so I could get the correct parts. I also had a flat on my second ride and they are reimbursing me for that repair. They have great customer service and that's been big for me.

Watch the on line video to help with assembly. On one of the bikes, the battery is extremely difficult to remove. Will call company to discuss. Because it is winter and had been raining, have not been able to ride more than a quick test after assembly.

A few months ago, out of the blue, my wife expressed an interest in getting an eBike. Not wishing to miss this opportunity, I ordered a E-TORQUE few hours later. Delivery took less than a week, From out of box to rideable was less than an hour (waited till the battery was charged). Had its maiden voyage around an industrial park. It's an understatement to say she was happy! Every weekend, we've been on an assortment of local trails and office parks. It's such a blast to have her E-TORQUE me at max speed when appropriate. The E-TORQUE fits her great with the stock parts, especially the saddle, which always seemed to be an issue with any of the other bikes she had. Our only minor gripe is the absence of bottle bosses. It's probably difficult to find a spot. We mounted a botle cage with velcro straps which is the best solution for the step-through model. Just in case, I carry an extra bottle in my jersey pocket.

I bought my E-TORQUE almost one month ago. Since that time, I've put over 100 miles on the bike. It's a great ride on paved or gravel trails, as well as on the road. The pedal assist is perfect for a little "boost" on all of the hills we have in TN. I've never ran out of battery, but I usually charge after about 30-40 miles just to be safe. It's usually still on 2 bars at thay point. I've had some health problems that have made biking and exercising in general difficult. With this bike, I never have to worry about getting home!

I’m a 50 ish person with some physical challenges. The E-TORQUE made it possible to get active and keep up with my hyper husband. We have taken them on the trails and both really enjoy them. Our only complaint is the seat is hard. It’s ok for a short ride but the longer rides not so much. We are looking into a better seat.

First of all, it was delivered in just 3 days, mostly assembled. A friend helped me put it together in about 45 minutes. It rides like a dream! I've put on just under 100 miles (until our current heat wave hit). Instead of trying to keep up with my husband, he's struggling to keep up with me! The bike has freed me to ride again, especially tackling the very steep hills in my neighborhood. I ride, generally in "0" or "1" PAS, but have used 2 and 3 on very steep hills. The on-demand throttle is nice, but I haven't needed it yet. I just got and installed the rear rack, so now I can carry what I need to go even further! Thank you!

Assembly was a bit easier than I anticipated, though I think I should have it adjusted by a professional. The brakes have a slight noise I don’t like. So far I’ve ridden 35 miles and couldn’t expect a better bike for the price. Hoping it holds up a couple of years. This is the perfect starter ebike.

Bought my wife another brand before I purchased my Eunorau E-TORQUE. Sorry I did not buy her an Eunorau. Quality is better and I received many more features on the E-TORQUE at the same price I paid for hers. In fact what I have on my bike standard is much more than other manufactures that would be hundreds more. And that does not even count the bonus 200 dollars on accessories that tricked out the bike more plus some left over to give my wife's bike. Would highly recommend anyone doing their research for an e-bike keep Eunorau high on the list of choice.

I just completed by first test ride. Wow. For an old dude (67) with a bad knee the ride was exceptional. We live on the highest part of our surrounding area so regardless of which direction I go, I'm going downhill going out and uphill when I'm tired. This bike is the perfect solution to that. Pedal Assist and Full Throttle make coming home SO much easier. I'm looking forward to the freedom of being able to ride wherever and whenever I want.

Appears to be a very well made bike in a great price range. We haven’t had a lot of time yet on the road. Was delivered in excellent packaging and required assembly. Company falls way short with assembly directions. The instructions and pictures were very unclear and I’ve been around bikes a lot. However after several calls to the company we were able to figure things out. Very helpful.
